Invoices must be paid within the stated period. Late payment may result in work being paused and can lead to additional charges or rescheduling of survey activity.
All content on this website including design, text, graphics, and other assets is owned or licensed by Woodbank Environmental Ltd. You may not copy or reuse it for your own purposes without written permission. Ownership and usage rights for any reports, assessments, or other documents we produce for you will be set out in your project agreement.
We always aim to deliver high-quality, technically sound ecological advice, but we cannot guarantee specific planning outcomes or decisions made by local planning authorities or statutory consultees. Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Any liability we do have will be limited to the fees you have paid to us for the relevant project.
